Since opening its first store in 1939, St. Louis-based Schnuck Markets, Inc. has always taken great pride in providing customers with the best possible shopping experience. Now with more than 100 stores throughout the heart of the Midwest, providing each customer with a pleasant shopping experience has never been more important. To make sure their stores were modern and convenient, Schnucks needed a transparent, knowledgeable, and communicative partner. That’s where Henderson Building Solutions came in.
Modernizing 72 stores in four states over 18 weeks was no small feat. After performing initial site visits to three stores and meeting with the leadership team, Schnucks decided to partner with Henderson. The project included e-commerce updates, power stations for customer service, rearranging service desk areas, upgrading internet and security camera cabling, and integrating grocery pick-up and delivery with Schnucks’ e-commerce partner, Instacart. Schnucks needed all the stores to be completed before their fiscal year ended on September 30th. Henderson was able to complete the modernizations three weeks early and under budget.
