We are proud to be a 100% employee-owned ESOP company with more than 1,000 employees and 250+ PEs across 12 offices offices who collectively bring our vision and purpose to life. Henderson Building Solutions, is a turnkey construction management and commissioning services firm that provides a seamless bridge between design, construction, and ongoing maintenance. Our sister company, Henderson Engineers, provides a wide array of building system design engineering services across a variety of building types, specializing in five market sectors.

Together as Henderson Companies, we provide single source solutions for any project. As employee owners, we’re motivated to deliver the best client experience in the industry.
