JP Morgan Chase at Legacy West

JP Morgan Chase sought to combine several DFW locations to one campus. They chose KDC to develop a live-play-work environment to encourage synergy, offer countless amenities, and retain top talent. They asked Henderson Building Solutions to make sure this project would perform from day one.

Each of the five buildings is served by individual utility feeds, while the campus is supported by a single emergency power system. To ensure the performance of this complex system, our team tested the equipment prior to and after installation. We then conducted three separate black-site tests to confirm the operation of the emergency power system. In addition, we performed indoor air quality testing throughout the buildings. As the project came to a close there were some concerns with several fan-powered boxes located in close proximity to conference rooms used for virtual meetings. The sound was easily detected by audio-video equipment and did not meet the owner’s sound criteria. Our field team took detailed sound readings of the space and made the adjustments necessary to solve the issue.
