Burcherer TimeMachine, the first Bucherer 1888 flagship store in New York City, offers a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere for their clientele. Located on the first three floors of an existing high-rise building, the store also has lounge and bar areas. In addition to the unique design and pleasing aesthetic, a properly working HVAC infrastructure adds to an overall pleasant customer experience.

Henderson Building Solutions worked directly with the client to assess the ventilation of the space, which presented with noted pressurization issues. After visiting the site and testing the air handling devices and space pressure values, our commissioning team member developed a strategic plan to relay to the client's preferred contractor.
