Don Kirby remains grounded and focused on growth for Team Henderson as the vice president of construction operations. Don joined Team Henderson in May 2024 after spending many years working in the industry. In his role, he is responsible for driving revenue, offering client’s solutions, by overseeing budgets, bidding, constructability reviews and high-level project planning. He views each new project as a chance to improve his skills, further his impact and contribute to Henderson’s success. While his day sometimes may look like endless phone calls and meetings, he understands it’s all part of the process to deliver exceptional results. When asked about his biggest career achievement, Don mention it’s still in progress as he knows there’s more to learn and room to grow. Every project, every client interaction is an opportunity to do better and that’s what he strives for every day.
When Don is not on the field coaching youth sports or volunteering at his church, he can be found chasing his kids from activity to activity or spending time with family. Him and his family often enjoy heading to the lake, working on projects in the shop or enjoying a hunting trip in their spare time.
