Scott Hager’s passion for construction started at a young age after spending many summers working with his dad. Those early experiences not only sparked his interest, but also shaped his work ethic and commitment to the field. When the opportunity came to join Henderson Building Solutions, Scott didn’t hesitate. Scott was confident that Henderson Building would be an excellent opportunity to make an impact in the industry, his career, and development of others.
As the director field operations, Scott dedicates his time ensuring his team has the necessary tools and knowledge to keep projects running smoothly. One of his greatest achievements in his career is seeing the people he’s mentored grow and achieve to their full potential. Outside of overseeing his team and developing new strategies to improve project efficiency, Scott dedicates his time to volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and enjoys the outdoors by hunting or fishing.
