The COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent quarantine has complicated projects in many ways, including the availability of the building and fire department resources for plan review, construction inspections, and commissioning.

We recognized a long time ago the need in the facilities industry for the unique services that support the risk management and related goals of today’s property owners, managers, architects, and design teams. Our experience base in the services described below is both broad and deep.

We are able to provide third-party services including third-party plan review, inspection, code consulting, and commissioning immediately on a project-by-project basis to support resources impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic or for as an ongoing resource to keep project schedules on track and eliminate unnecessary delays. Through the years, we’ve worked with various authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) on hundreds of projects and have established relationships and are highly respected by AHJs throughout the country. Furthermore, Henderson has systems in place to facilitate travel as necessary.
