Jenn Miller

As director of business development, Jenn leads efforts in aligning the needs, strategies, and goals of our clients with our own. Jenn’s background includes a wealth of experience as a former DEI partner, Starbucks operations manager, and founder of a consultancy firm. Her entrepreneurial spirit matched with her innate ability to balance the variety of priorities and perspectives people bring to the table make her adept in creating effective business development strategies.

Jenn's zeal for building relationships stems from her belief that successful collaboration is achieved through genuine trust and understanding. Her devotion to ensuring our clients thrive spills beyond the office into her volunteer work helping charitable organizations accomplish their missions. Jenn and her husband of 17 years have seven children and a Berne-doodle named Milly. Outside of work, she loves singing, basketball, and traveling with her family.
