An impressively early riser who often has his first meeting before 7 a.m., Shane is always full of energy and ready to help others climb whatever mountain they face. He's been part of the Henderson family for nearly 25 years and has been instrumental in the success of both our firm and Henderson Engineers, our sister company. Now our design and construction executive, Shane oversees our execution of construction management, commissioning, and other projects in conjunction with our engineering design partners. A passionate and meticulous leader, he cares deeply about every detail — from ensuring project excellence to seeking out ways to enhance our services.
Shane is always thinking about our clients — how they do business, what makes them successful, and how we can serve them better. He's known for his exceptional client experience and lending his expertise to train and mentor the next generation of Henderson leaders. With a busy schedule, it’s no surprise that he is adamant about keeping his calendar and various apps in impeccable order. His legendary organizational skills are something we’re all envious of — and at a company of detailed professionals, that’s certainly saying something. Always aiming for the summit, when Shane is not collaborating with teammates and clients, you can find him climbing one of Colorado’s 14er peaks.
