As a big part of our culture, we take safety seriously. Safety in all operations is not just a corporate goal, it’s a requirement. Safety is woven into a project through every person who is involved in the planning, design, management, and on-site implementation from day one. We make safety a priority and insist that everyone involved in the project does too. We understand that each project is different and unique so we work with you to develop a safety plan tailored to you, your team, and your project.
AN EXPERIENCE MODIFICATION RATE (EMR) LOWER THAN THE INDUSTRY AVERAGE
Our safety plan focuses on making sure everyone goes home at the end of the day. We invest in our employees, both in training and the most modern safety equipment. Our safety program begins with our comprehensive safety manual that is regularly updated. We also conduct monthly, all-staff safety trainings and send out regular updates to keep safety top of mind. In addition to live trainings, our staff has access to a library of on-demand safety training videos. All employees are required to carry OSHA-10 and our leadership is required to carry OSHA-30.
