Henderson Companies’ Chief People Officer, Dana Kettle, recently participated in a “Table of Experts” discussion on “the secret sauce of employee ownership.” Hosted by the Kansas City Business Journal, the panel featured several notable local business leaders. In addition to covering the opportunities and challenges presented by employee stock-ownership plans (ESOPs), Kettle and her peers shared their expert insights on the types of firms best suited to the ESOP model, which Henderson adopted in 2021.
