Marcus began his career at Henderson Engineers at the age of 22 as an eager intern; he’s now a principal and leading our Phoenix office. His passion for people drives him to create a successful Henderson for future generations — successful people, projects, teams, and company. His multidisciplinary training and experience allow him to work across practices and varying scales of projects.
Marcus gives clients and team members his primary attention while also gathering facts and providing effective solutions that pull together what everybody was thinking. The ability to decipher what architects and owners desire and merge it with what’s constructable and sustainable is a skill of his that has proven him to be an invaluable asset time and time again. Marcus also loves mentoring the next generation of leaders within our company. He is a mentor at home, too. Along with his wife, this devoted family man has expanded his home and his heart with additions to his biological, adoptive, and fostered family.
