A former telecommunications professional who always had a knack for building things from an early age, Kristian took a leap of faith mid-career to pursue his calling in the construction industry. That bold decision has proven to be a shrewd one. Since that switch, he has gone on to establish a successful 15-plus-year career working on building systems including managing technical services, design and construction, and facilities operations for one of the largest school districts in the Kansas City region.
As one of our construction managers, Kristian oversees and directs the entire construction process including managing contracts, budgets, engineering deliverables, pre-construction, and commissioning. Having been one of our clients in a previous role before joining our firm, he understands firsthand what it takes to deliver quality end results for our partners. And the passion that drove him to our industry is still alive and well today. Even in his free time, you can often find him tinkering with DIY building projects at home.
