Initially interested in working within the power industry, Bart inadvertently kickstarted his career in the HVAC sector as a drafter nearly three decades ago and worked his way up. Since joining Henderson in 2013, he has held progressively responsible roles including project manager and lead mechanical engineer focused on projects for some of our longest running clients. Now our ELDB (Engineer Led Design Build) mechanical technical leader, Bart reviews drawings and specifications, establishes standards for our ELDB team, and provides mentorship to our up-and-coming engineers.
Bart loves operating in the details. He takes pride in the systems we create and works through all the pieces to make sure our clients are getting exactly what they need. His meticulousness and attentive client service have helped foster close relationships with our partners, who know they can always count on him to solve their toughest problems. An avid hunter, Bart applies the same laser focus when he is out in the woods eyeing his next catch. With such a passion for the ins and outs of everything he's involved in, it’s no wonder our team and clients rely on him to lead the way on some of the most complex projects we undertake.
